You are welcome to visit our location between the hours
of 9-4, Monday thru Thursday to fill out an application.
Do you require a background check to work for Platinum
HealthCare Staffing?
Yes, we require a FBI and DMV research check, Drug Screening,
and 100 % reference check.
If I choose to become an Independent contractor for
Platinum HealthCare Staffing, do I have to work exclusively
for Platinum?
No, the choice is yours. You can work the amount of hours
that suit your needs.
How much experience does Platinum HealthCare Staffing
require?
Platinum HealthCare requires a minimum of one year experience
in the nursing field.
What credentials are needed to become a Platinum HealthCare
Contractor?
Current Nursing License/Certificate, Valid Drivers License,
Social Security Card(if not on DL), Current CPR card, Proof
of TB/PPD verification(valid for 1 year), and Hepatics B shots/or
declination.
Do you offer any special incentives?
YES, we offer a REFFERAL BONUS program. For every nurse
that you refer to Platinum HealthCare you receive a bonus
on their 3rd shift worked!
As a Platinum HealthCare Contractor how do I go about
filing taxes?
As an independent contractor, you are required to complete
a 1099 tax information form. Platinum HealthCare Staffing
will provide free tax consulting during
tax season for you convenience.
Do you offer individual malpractice insurance, disability
insurance, and or workman’s compensation insurance?
